TAL-USE (Ultra Simple Eq) is especially designed after some tilt eq's from the 70's.

This type of eq allows to adjust the audio material without changing the character of a sound to much.
Its an easy way, to make an audio signal sound darker or brighter with only one knob. The bass lift knob is a special addition that boosts or attenuates bass frequencies below 300Hz.
  • 8 dB low / high shelf filter
  • 12 dB bass lift filter at 300 Hz
  • Variable center frequency (100 - 10'000Hz)
  • Adjustable bandwidth (q: 0.1 to 2.0)
  • Volume knob
  • On/Off switch
  • Very easy to use
  • Low CPU

I love the simple tools, existencia is complicated enough, another great simple one here http://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?plugin=VeeWidener&id=2563 slows down a bit the track so, use only on tracks you want to be slowed down, but GREAT FX for mastering. Here is another GREAT SIMPLE mastering tool http://wwwhttp://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?plugin=A1StereoControl&id=2149 with them 3 you can save lots of MASTERING hard work findling z knobs in other gaz factories vst.

A simple tilt but there is another knob for the axis, which also makes a huge difference. Very useful. I also discovered that if the wave-forms are asymmetrical, this will usually restore symmetry somehow.

When you are feeling lazy, fed up with knobs or cirsors fiddling, and your ears satured listening to diverse masters, STOP and take this one, does its job fine with just a few twists of the knobs... I love it, just saved a difficult track where I had much troubles getting EQUILIBRIUM between high picthed notes and fuzzy bass, this ULTRA SIMPLE EQ made of it a perfect track.

That's exactly the point of a tilt eq.
